Commissioned to write for Lindenwood University’s Concert Choir, hunter interviewed the singers and collected their responses into a recording. He then parsed out some of the most significant themes, phrases, and ideas from the choir’s words and composed this work for them, reflecting their love of singing and being in the class together. A deeply emotionally charged work that is sure to engage singers in discussions about their feelings towards choir and music in general.
